10 weeks after launching the iPhone Apple slashed the cost by a third. Now US$399 you would expect most of the first buyers to be upset. But these customers are proudly wearing proudly the badge of “first to own”. Apple has now rewarded those early adopters by giving them $100 Apple store credit. I’ve sure most of those would prefer cash to help pay for their massive bills.
I’m still waiting on my credit for being one of the first to buy a Quadra 950.
